Make one workflow work.

A working product slice with tested recovery and a clear account of its limits.

Understand the move.

Your first five minutes

Start a useful draft now.

Write the shortest route from one realistic input to one useful result. Circle the riskiest step and state what “works” would look like.

Draft checkpoint: save the first honest note, then stop and do the observation. This checkpoint stays a draft; it does not complete the mission or verify research.

Build the risky part first: the smallest route from a real input to a useful result. Use a coding agent where it helps, but give it acceptance criteria and inspect what it produces.

A happy-path demo is only one check. Try missing input, a slow request, a lost connection and a small screen. Say exactly what you tested and what remains uncertain.

The save is part of the product

The shared intake works on a phone. A missing answer is explained beside its field. We dropped the connection after submission: the draft stayed available and retrying did not create a second brief. Recorded the test steps and linked the build. File attachments are not supported yet.

A working result, repeatable failure checks and honest limits make the claim inspectable.

Compare with a weaker answer

The agent finished the build. The screenshots look great. Ready to launch.
